Personal & Online Movement Training |
I help people move their bodies with skill and confidence because nobody should feel restricted in their own body. As soon as you enter your gym or training space, you'll have clarity and confidence about what to do. Movement Training doesn’t need to be overwhelming or confusing. My students have a precise understanding of the steps necessary to reach their movement and flexibility goals. Beyond these achievements, they are sculpting bodies that are not only vital, strong, and adaptable, but also ones they are proud of and feel confident in. This isn’t just about exercise; it’s about transforming how you feel in and about your body, every day |
Testimonials:
David Wilson, 60 years old, Online Student - Toronto, Canada:
"I have a pretty stiff spine and zero gymnastic background. I am experiencing success because Farid has tailored a program that started where I was. It is neither too easy nor too hard. It works to help me to develop skills and confidence because it is specific to me. Farid’s observations and suggestions when he watches my videos are encouraging and precise. They make it possible for me to understand how to progress and how to embody the intent of a movement. When I have success, he suggests something just a little different that helps me explore the movement in a new way and get progressively stronger, more mobile and more skilled.” |
Uje Eze, Private Student - London, England: “I started coaching with Farid after a bad knee injury to explore ways to challenge the joint/tissues. It has led to not just a better knee but a better body/mind connection. He simplifies complicated movements with ease and adapts to your needs, seeing where can be improved or gives you an honest journey to get the goals you want. One of the best coaches out there." |
Wat Watchara, Online Student - Thailand:
"You are a great teacher. I like your movement style that is very inspiration. I don't know why when I do movement that I feel freedom. It has different feeling between yoga and movement. Thanks Farid" |

I know what you're thinking: 'Movement training is overwhelming. Where do I even start?'
That's the most common question I get regarding movement training. As a teacher, my role is to demystify the key concepts of movement and make them accessible to everyone. Flexibility and joint mobility play a significant role in how well you move. By unlocking more range of motion, you can fully express your freedom of movement. Learning new movement patterns is also crucial; it frees up your body, enhancing your comfort and joy in being active.
Remember, there's no one-size-fits-all approach because everyone's needs are unique. That's perfectly fine. I've researched various movement practice methods, so you don't have to.
My goal is to guide you through a variety of movements, improving your body awareness and overall well-being.
'Use it or lose it.'
Reading about movement behind a screen is one thing, but real change requires action. Join me in learning and regaining your capacity for movement – you won't regret it.

About me:
How did it all begin?
"Farid, you're not supposed to be in here" – that's what I heard almost weekly as a young boy.
The head of the Physical Education department at my secondary school would often catch me in "Gym 3" after hours. I was always there, practicing my favorite movements on the gymnastics equipment, until I was inevitably discovered and escorted out for not being supervised. I knew it was only a matter of time before he'd hear me dragging mats and stomping around, engrossed in whatever movement I was obsessed with at the time. I realized something had to change. Walking through the halls with the head one day, I looked up at him and said, "Sir, if you're not going to supervise me, would you consider getting someone who will?" He replied, "There's not enough interest, Farid." Not enough interest? In my mind, the whole world was passionate about movement. "So, if I get five friends to sign up for an after-school club, will you find us a coach?" "I'll think about it," he said. To my surprise, he arranged a gymnastics coach for us every Tuesday after school. That's where I began my formal training, eventually leading me to represent my borough at the London Heathrow Youth Games. |
This journey has evolved significantly over the years, leading me to dedicate my time to helping others discover and embrace the world of movement. My students are cultivating bodies that are not just vital, strong, and adaptable, but also bodies they are proud of and feel confident inhabiting. Beyond physical transformation, they are experiencing a profound shift in their lifestyle, reigniting a passion for physical activity.
