In this post i'm going to summarize the 20 minute section of the interview where he talks about training. It doesn't matter whether you are a layman or enthusiast with fitness and movement, there is some wisdom to be soaked up from the talk.
So a common question I get is: "There's so much to do with Movement Training, i'm overwhelmed. Where should I start?"
You probably all know of someone that has said something along the lines of "There's no way I can touch my toes with straight legs" or "I can't even sit upright with my legs out in front of me." Perhaps you are that person.
The truth is, I was that person.
Let me explain how bad it was to you so you can picture the situation. You might relate, you might even laugh. Maybe both.
